m555 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, One Clear Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and m555 ("m555," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at m555.lat and any associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, or affiliated URLs.

To register and maintain an account on the m555 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily in your own capacity. Persons under the legal guardianship of another, or those who have been adjudged incapacitated by any competent authority, are not permitted to hold an m555 account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly and unambiguously prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the m555 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. Misrepresentation of any registration information, regardless of whether it relates to your identity, age, or contact details, is grounds for immediate account termination.

Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is a mandatory requirement under m555's international gaming license obligations. The KYC process requires you to submit:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (front and back);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document no more than 90 days old);

• Third-Party Deposits: Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. m555 reserves the right to void any deposits traced to a third-party payment source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
• Currency: All account balances and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). m555 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies except via USDT TRC20, which is converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• Deposit Fees: m555 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independent of m555's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed by m555 in the order in which they are received, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa / SadaPay / Raast: 10–30 minutes (target), subject to network availability;
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan): 2–4 hours during business hours;

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. m555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly where the requested amount is materially larger than the Player's historical deposit activity, or where the source of funds is not clearly evidenced by normal gameplay patterns. In such circumstances, additional documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is approved.

m555 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set forth in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each Player may claim a specific bonus promotion only once, regardless of the number of accounts held (and holding multiple accounts is itself a breach of these Terms).
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Bets exceeding this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: m555 actively monitors for abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of betting software, and coordinated bonus exploitation by groups of connected Players. Where bonus abuse is identified, m555 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonus play, and permanently close the associated account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m555 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in creating an account in circumvention of these Terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the m555 platform in any manner;
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly for personal financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to m555 support;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, whether in live casino games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer game format available on m555;
• Depositing funds derived from fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of m555's sportsbook pricing anomalies;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing m555 support staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to m555's systems, databases, or other Players' accounts;
• Violating any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the m555 platform.

All games available on the m555 platform — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino tables, Teen Patti 20-20, Happy Fishing, cricket and sports betting, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and/or m555's proprietary systems.

All random outcomes in m555 casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the m555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any m555 content in any manner without express prior written consent from m555.

Any unauthorised use of m555's intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game interfaces, or mimicry of the m555 brand — will be pursued to the fullest extent available under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m555 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling on the m555 platform, whether resulting from your own decisions, game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or any other cause;

• Any loss of data, account balance, or progress resulting from a technical failure, cyberattack, or force majeure event outside m555's reasonable control;
• Any third-party conduct, including that of m555's game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers, that affects your m555 gaming experience.

In any event, m555's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any matter arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their m555 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or maintain satisfactory KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse;
• Suspected or confirmed breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations;

• A request or order from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction;

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m555's operating entity is incorporated under its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
